Dahi puri recipe

Dahi puri
Ingredients :
  •   12 puris 
  • 1 large boiled potato (peeled and mashed) 
  • 1 onion finely chopped 
  • 1 green chillies 
  • 1/2 cup thick yoghurt 
  • 6 tbsp green chutney 
  • 6 tbsp sweet chutney 
  • 1/4 tsp black salt 
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala 
  • 6 tbsp nylon sev 
Method :
To yoghurt, add black salt, chaat masala, red chilli and mix well. Arrange 6 puris a plate. Make small holes in the middle of the puris. Fill each puris with mashed potato and chopped onion. Then fill with 1/2 tbsp green chutney, 2 tbsp yoghurt, 1/2 tbsp sweet chutney. Sprinkle sev, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, a pinch black salt, a pinch cumin powder and a pinch chaat masala on the top and serve immediately.
