Bathua ka rukha saag recipe


  1. Bthua ka saag

    Ingredients :

    • 1 bunch bathua saag (green spinach) clean 
    • 1 tsp carom seeds
    • 1 dried red chilli
    • 2 green chilies 
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • salt to taste 

    Method :
    Wash and cut to saag. Boil in the cooker for a whistle and turn off the gas. Keep aside to cool. In the blender add, boiled saag, little salt and green chilli and make a paste. Heat oil in a pan, add carom seeds, red chilly and it crackle, add saag paste and saute for 5-7 minutes and turn off the flame. Serve with rotis.
