Aloo pakoda or bhajiya (Potato fried) recipe



Ingredients :
  • 2 big potatoes, peeled and cut into round pieces
  • 1 cup gram flour 
  • 1 tbsp rice flour for crisp 
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic+ginger+green chilli paste
  • 1/2 cup water or needed of water 
  • oil for frying 
Method : 
In a big bowl, add all ingredients and mix well. Make a thick batter. Heat oil in a pan and fry till they are golden brown. Now remove it to a plate. Serve it with any chutney.
