Masala lassi or chaas recipe

Masala chaas

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup yogurt, curd (Dahi)
  • 1 cup chilled water
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  •  Black salt to taste
  • 10-12 mint leaves (puddina patta)
  • 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper 
  • a pinch Asafoetida (Hing)

Method :
Blend yogurt, mint, black salt, cumin powder, asafoetida and chilled water until its frothy. Now transfer in a glass and   garnish with meant leaves and crushed black pepper. You can, add few ice cubes for cooling.
