Apple (seb) ki kheer recipe (phalahari recipe)

Apple kheer is a best phalahari or dessert. This is a healthy, easy and tasty recipe. My son is don't likes apple, but  his likes apple kheer. Apple kheer is my favorite for phalahari time.

Ingredients :
  • 1 Apple, peel and grated 
  • 2 cups milk 
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 small cinnamon stick
  • 5-8 cashew nuts chopped
  • 4 almonds chopped 
  • 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder 
Method :
Take milk with sugar and cinnamon stick, boil it until it become thick and turn off the flame. Now add grated apple and mix well and keep aside to cool. Now add cashew, Almonds and cardamom powder and keep it in freezer for 15-20 minutes. After it freezes take it out and serve for phalahar time or desserts.
