Sesame(Til) seeds ki chutney recipe

Sesame seeds add a nutty taste and a delicate, crunch to Indian dishes. Sesame seeds benefits- sesame seeds are an important sources of phyto-nutrients such as omega-6 fatty acids, anti-oxidants, vitamins and dietary fiber.
Til chutney is a traditional of in Bihar any bhoj. Sesame seeds chutney made with sesame seeds, lemon juice, salt and chilli. Serve with any dishes.



Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup white sesame seeds
  • 1/2 lemon juice or a small raw mango  
  • salt to taste
  • 3 green chilies 
  • little water for thin 
Method:
Heat a pan and roast the sesame seeds for 4-5 minutes. Now remove from heat and keep aside for cool. Now in a blender, combine the sesame seeds, salt, chilies, lemon juice or raw mango and little water and grind to a fine paste. Now transfer the chutney to a bowl and ready to eat.
