Hare pyaz(Spring onion) ke crispy pakode recipe

I make any kind of pakodas like,  potatoes pakoda, onion pakoda, cabbage pakoda etc. I have made this about a week ago, when it was winter and rainy season. We all love pakodas. These pakodas are crispy out side and soft inside. These pakodas is spring onion, flour and mix spices. Made for crispy pakodas, add some rice flour or corn flour.
Spring onion pakodas serve snacks time with any sauce or tea, coffee.

Ingredients :

  • 1 small bunch spring onion,(hara pyaz) clean and chopped 
  • 2 green chillies chopped 
  • 1/2 tbsp rice flour 
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour(maida)
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste 
  • water as required 
  • oil for deep fry
Method :
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well with hands. Now heat oil in a pan. Once hot add spoonful of onion mixture into the oil and fry till they are golden brown color and crispy from all sides. Now remove it to a paper towel lined plate to absorb excess oil. Serve hot with any sauce or chutney.
