Simple dhaniyan patta(fresh coriander leaves) chutney recipe

Coriander chutney 

Dhaniyan patta(Coriander leaves) is a very tempting leaves. coriander leaves chutney has a very good taste and looks greeny. Coriander is a main ingredient and liked by everyone. It is used for garnishing, chutney and juice. Coriander chutney is generally eaten with fried food, dosa, pakoda, paratha etc. Coriander leaves taste is very yummy. If you has fresh coriander leaves, some garlic, green chilly and any sour ingredients, you can make a perfect and tasty chutney.

Ingredients :

  • 1 bunch fresh coriander leaves(clean, wash and chopped)
  • 2 green chillies
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt (Dahi)
  • 1/2 lemon juice 
Method :
First grind the coriander leaves, chillies, garlic, salt. Now add yoghurt and lemon juice. Grind these to a fine paste and ready to your coriander chutney. Serve with any snacks, lunch and dinner time.
