Peanuts papad (mungfali, singdana) chat recipe

Peanuts papad chat 
Ingredients :

  • 1 cup raw peanuts fresh or dried 
  • 1 chopped onion 
  • 1 chopped tomato 
  • 2 green chilies 
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • black salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 
  • 1 tsp chat masala powder 
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander leaves 
  • 1/2 bowl green chutney 
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce 
  • 1 roasted papad, crushed

Method 
In the pressure cooker, add 1 glass water, 1 tsp salt and cook it until  two whistle  and turn off the flame and keep aside to cool. After some time drain off all water. Now mash and peel boiled peanuts with hands and clean your boiled peanuts. Now to make chat, in a large bowl, add boiled peanuts, onion, chilly, tomato, coriander, black salt, green chutney, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, black pepper powder, lemon juice, chat masala and crushed roasted papad and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves, papad  and 2 tbsp tomato sauce.
