Gajar (Carrot) raita recipe


Ingredientes :

  • 1 grated carrot 
  • 1 bowl thick curd( gadha dahi) 
  • salt to taste 
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 
  • 1 green chilly finely chopped 
  • 1 pinch asafoetida (Hing)

Method :
In a bowl take, whisk the curd until smooth, add the all ingredients and mix well. Now serve with lunch time.
