Crispy Cabbage ( patta gobi) pakoras recipe


Ingredients :

  • 1 small Cabbage finely chopped 
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup rice flour 
  • 1 cup gram flour ( Besan)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt to taste 
  • 1 tbsp garlic-ginger paste 
  • 2 green chilies finely chopped 
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder 
  • Oil for deep frying 
Method :
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients.  Now heat oil in a pan and drop the pakora mixture with spoonful or hand into the oil. Fry till they crisp and golden brown in color and remove the fried pakora. Serve with Tomato sauce or other chutney.
