Kaccha kela (Raw banana) vada recipe


  • 2 raw bananas,boiled (kacche kele ubala hua)
  • 1/2 cup gram flour (chana besan)
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 pinch turmeric powder 
  • salt to taste 
  • Oil for frying 

Raw banana vada
Method :

Peeled and mashed or grind bananas. Mix all the above mentioned ingredients for banana vada. Divide mixture into equal portions and shape them into vada forms. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry them until golden brown. Serve with any sauce or chutney.
