Chawal atta (Rice flour) ki roti recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup rice flour (chawal atta)
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • warm water knead into soft dough 


Method :

 In a large bowl, add rice flour, salt, oil, warm water and mix well for 8-10 minutes and make a soft dough. Now divide the dough into 2 equal portions.  Now roll out into a circle of 125mm. diameter, using rice flour. Now place the roti on a heat tawa and turn over in a 30 seconds. Now cook the roti other side on the medium flame and remove from the heat. Serve hot with saag, chutney and other.
