Lauki (Bottle gourd) ka paratha recipe

Bottle gourd paratha (lauki ka paratha)
Ingredients :
  • 2 cup wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
  • 1 cup grated bottle gourd ( lauki)
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 pinch asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds 
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
  • Oil for shallow fry 
Method :
In a large bowl, add atta (flour) and all ingredients and mix well. Now, add little water at a time and knead the dough. Dough will  be soft and do not need to rest the dough. Divide the dough and make balls. Now take a ball and rolling round roti or paratha. Now heat a tawa and put paratha on the tawa. Now, add 1 tbsp oil and fry both sides it till it becomes golden brown and remove on the plate. Serve it with raita.
