Crispy Lauki (bottle gourd) pakoda or bhajiya recipe

Ingredients :

Crispy lauki (bottle gourd) pakora 
  • 10 slices of bottle gourd (lauki)
  • 1 cup gram flour (Besan)
  • 2 tbsp rice flour 
  • 1/2 red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • a pinch asafoetida ( Hing)
  • salt to taste 
  • Oil for deep frying 
Method :
In a bowl, add all ingredients and little water and make a thick batter. Now heat oil in a frying pan, add the bottle gourd slice and deep fry them till they turn golden brown color and crisp. Serve, it snacks time.
