Anar Raita (pomegranate) recipe

Ingredients :

  • 4 tbsp pomegranate (anar) 
  • 1 cup thick curd 
  • black salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder 
Method :
Beat the curd till smooth. In a bowl, add curd, pomegranate, black salt, roasted cumin powder, black pepper  powder and mix well. Garnish with a pinch black pepper powder. Serve it during lunch time.
