Pineapple (Ananuse) ka raita recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1 slice pineapple, finely chopped
  • 1 bowl thick and cool curd (thanda dahi)
  •  black salt to taste (kala namak)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
Method:
Beat the curd till smooth. In a bowl, add curd, chopped pineapple, black salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder and mix well. Garnish with 1 pinch cumin powder and small slice of pineapple. Serve it during lunch time.
