Paneer ka ladoo (cottage cheese) recipe

Paneer Ladoos 
Ingredients :
  • 1 cup paneer(cottage cheese) grated or mashed
  • 4 tbsp sugar 
  • 1 tbsp raisin 
  • 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder 
  • 4 chopped almonds 
Method :
Heat a pan, add sugar, paneer, stir and cook for 8-10 minutes on medium flame till it. Becomes a thick paneer and sugar mixture. Now check whether your paneer mixture is has thicken and switch off the flame. Now add raisin, cardamom, almonds and mix well. After 5 minutes take little amount of paneer mixture at a time, shape it into round ladoos and keep them on a plate.
