Fresh coconut (kachche nariyal) ki barfi recipe

Fresh coconut barfi 
Ingredients :

  • 1 nos grated coconut
  • 1 cup sugar 
  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 
  • 2 tbsp raisin 
  • 5-6 chopped almonds 
  • 1/2 tsp ghee 
Method :
Heat a pan, add milk, sugar, grated coconut, stir and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium flame till it. Becomes a thick coconut mixture. Now check whether your coconut mixture is has thicken and switch off the flame. Now add raisin, Almonds and cardamom powder and mix well. Now take a plate or tray grease it with 1/2 ghee and spread it evenly. Then add the coconut mixture over it. Now sprinkle some almond, raisin and cardamom powder and set it properly. Put it aside to cool down. Cut it in any shape according to you.

Cooked and thick coconut mixture 
Pour in the plate and cut the any shape
