Potato french Fries recipe


 

Ingredients :

  • 2 large potatoes 
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp cornflour 
  • oil for deep frying 
Method :
Peel the potatoes. Cut them into thick slices and further cut into finger sized pieces and keep them soaked in water for 5-10 minutes. After that drain off all water and spread corn flour on the potatoes and mix well. Now put into a zip lock bag and keep it into the freezer for 6-8 hours. You can fry, after 6-8 hours.

Now heat oil in a pan and direct deep fry in medium hot oil till golden and crispy. Now drain and place on absorbent paper and add salt and mix. Serve hot with tomato sauce.


Put into cold water

Drain water

Spread cornflour  
Put into zip lock bag and freeze for 6-8 hours.

After 6-8 hours.
