Baked mixed vegetables with cheese

Baked mixed vegetables with cheese 
Ingredients :

  • 2  finely chopped potatoes  
  • 1 chopped capsicum 
  • 1 chopped onion 
  • 1 tomato cut the slices 
  • 1 cup grated cheese 
  • 4-5 chopped fresh oregano leaves 
  • 1 tbsp grated garlic 
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 
  • 1 pinch salt 
  • oil for potatoes fry 
Method :
Heat oil in a pan and fry potatoes for 5 minutes and remove from the oil and keep aside. Now take a round baking pan, add layer by layer fried potatoes, onion, capsicum, garlic and sprinkle salt. Now add, the tomato slices oregano leaves and cover with cheese on the top and sprinkle black pepper powder. Now bake at 300F until the top begins to brown. Serve hot with sauce.
