Capsicum with soya chunks (simla mirchi aur soya chunks) sabzi recipe

Ingredients: 
  • 100 gms. boiled soya chunks
  • 2 pieces chopped capsicum
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp onion paste
  •  1 chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala 
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 stick cinnamon 
  • 1 bay leaf 
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
Method :
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add chopped capsicum and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add boiled soya chunks and stir for 5 minutes it remove from the heat and keep aside. Now again add 1 tbsp oil in a hot pan and add cumin seeds, cinnamon, bay leaf and crackle. Now add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add onion paste, salt and all spices powder and saute for 2 minutes and add chopped tomato and stir for 5 minutes on the low flame. Now add stir-fry capcicum and soya chunks and saute for 1 minute and add 1/2 glass water and cover with lid and cook for 5-7 minutes on the medium flame and remove from the gas. Serve with Rotis, rice.
