Stir-fry potatoes recipe

Ingredients : 
  • 1/2 kg. potatoes, boil, peeled and chopped 
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder 
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/3 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder(amchoor)
  • salt to taste 
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 
  • 10-15 curry leaves 
  • 2 green chilly chopped 
  • 1 tsp split urad dal ( dhooli urad dal)
  •  1 tbsp roasted sesame for garnish  
Method :
Stir-fry potatoes 
Heat oil in a pan, add urad dal, cumin, mustard,fennel seeds it crackle. Now add curry leaves and green chilly and just add chopped potatoes, salt and all spices powder and it cook for 5 minutes and remove from the gas and garnish with roasted sesame seeds. Serve with rotis, puri, parantha.
