Raw banana(kachhe kele) ki sabzi

Ingredients :

Raw banana sabzi
  • 2 raw banana boiled, peeled and cut them in round 
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli  powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 bay leaves 
  • 1 pinch asafoetida(hing)
  • salt or rock salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil or ghee 
Method :
All spices, salt and some water put in a bowl and keep aside. Now heat oil or ghee in a pan, add
cumin, mustard seeds, hing, bay leaves. When the all seeds crackle, add all spices mixture, tomato and saute for 1 minute. Now add banana slices and saute for 1 minute and add 1/2 bowl water and cook it for 5-7 minutes and remove from the gas. Serve with rotis rice.
