Parwal ki simple stir-fry

Ingredients :
Stir-fry parval 

  • 1/2 kg. parval, peeled and cut lengthwise into medium size
  • 1 large chopped onion 
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
  • 2 dry red chilly 
  • 2 tbsp oil 
Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped dry chilly and chopped onion it saute for 1 minute. Now add chopped parval, salt, turmeric powder and saute for 2 minutes and it cover with lid for 2 minutes. After open the pan and it stir-fry for 5-8 minutes and add red chilly powder and mix well. Now check whether your parval is soft and remove from the gas. Serve with rotis, rice-dal, parantha, puris.
