Oregano leaves(oregano patta)ke pakode

Fried pakoda
Oregano leaves

  • 10-12 oregano leaves 
  • 1 cup gram flour( besan)
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour 
  • 1 tbsp cornflour 
  • 1 pinch eating soda
  • salt to taste 
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp garlic-green chilly paste
  • 1/2 glass water
  • oil for fry
Method :
In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well that it forms a smooth thick batter. Now heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Dip each leaf into the besan batter and place in the hot oil. Now deep fry till they turn golden brown and remove in a plate. Serve with any sauce.

If you want crispy pakoda, do not use eating soda.
