Masala parwal(dry) recipe

Masala parval 

  • 250 gms. parval peeled and cut lengthwise 
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/3 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp dry mango powder (amchur powder)
  • 2 tbsp onion paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp oil
Method :
Take in a bowl all spices powder, salt, onion paste and some of water, mix well and it keep aside for 10 minutes. Now take a parval pieces and add 1 tbsp mix masala paste on the cut parval. Now heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and put masala parval pieces and fry on the low flame. After 5 minutes flip the all parval pieces and add 1 tbsp oil and fry on the slow flame. Now check whether your parval is soft and remove from the gas. Serve with rice, roti, puri and parantha.

Mix masala paste
