Homemade roasted Bengal gram dal (Bhuni hui chana dal)ki chutney

Serve with Idli 
Ingredients :

  • 1 cup roasted Bengal gram dal(bhuni hui chana dal)
  • 5 cloves roasted garlic
  • 1 small piece ginger 
  • 2 green chilly
  • 1 tbsp roasted cumin seeds
  • salt to taste 
  • 1/2 cup curd(dahi)
Method :
Bengal gram dal roast in a pan or tawa for 1-2 minutes and remove from the gas.
Soak the roasted Bengal gram dal (chana dal) with 1 bowl water for 1 hour. Now mix all ingredients in a blender and finely blend and ready your chutney. Serve with Idli, dosa, roti,dal-rice any dishes no problem.
