Aloo-bhindi (potatoes-lady finger) stir-fry

Ingredients :

  • 250 gms. lady finger(bhindi) chopped
  • 200gms. potatoes(aloo) finely chopped
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 dry red chilly
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
Method :
Cooked aloo-bhindi(potatoes-ladyfinger)stir-fry
Heat oil in a pan, add dry red chilly, chopped onion and after half minute add chopped potatoes, salt and turmeric powder it saute for 5-7 minutes. Now after it half stir-fry and add chopped ladyfinger and saute for
10 minutes on the medium flame. Now add red chilly and garam masala powder and mix well. After 1 minute  cook and it remove from the gas and serve with rotis, paratha, puris and rice.
