Tendali ki simple bhujiya ( dry)

Ingredients :
  • 250 gms. long chopped Tendali
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste 
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 chopped green chilly
Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add green chilly and just add chopped Tendali, salt and turmeric powder and saute for 1 minute and cover with lid for 2-4 minutes. Now again stir and check whether your sabzi is soft and remove from the gas. Serve with Rotis, paratha, puris and rice.
