Special chat-patta chaat

Patna's chaat is very special very chat-patta and tasty chaat. It is available in all restaurant and all college canteens. I remember my college canteen time with my friends enjoying chaat party. So my memory recipe, i am writing on my blog. Its taste is sweet, sour, salty and spicy.
Serve -1 plate chaat

  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas ( ubla hua kabuli chana)
  • 2 aloo tikki or aloo samosa
  • 4 tbsp sweet tamarind chutney
  • 2 tbsp teekhi green chutney
  • 1/2 finely chopped onion
  • 1 finely chopped green chilly
  • 1 cup thick and melted curd 
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
  • black salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
  • 4  crust papri 
  • 4 tbsp nylon sev 
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
Method :
Take a plate on put aloo tikki, add boil chickpeas,1 tbsp sweet tamarind chutney,1 tbsp green chutney. Now add thick and melted curd and on spread cumin powder, black salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala, red chilly powder. Now add chopped onion, green chilly and more sweet tamarind chutney and green chutney. Garnish with nylon sev and coriander leaves. Enjoy your chat-patt chaat.
