Parval stir-fry recipe

Ingredients :
  • 250 gms. parval peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch asafoetida ( hing)
  • salt to taste
Method :

Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida and just add chopped parval, salt, coriander, turmeric powder and saute for 1 minute. Add 1/4 glass water and cover with lid, cook on medium heat. Now after 5 minutes open the pan, saute for again 5 minutes. Now check whether your parval is soft and dry. Now remove from the gas. Serve it with rice and rotis.
