Moong sprouts healthy sabzi

Ingredients :

Cooked sprout moong ki sabzi
  • 2 cups sprouts (Green gram sprouts) 
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 3 kokum 
  • 2 tbsp onion paste
  • 1 tsp garlic-ginger paste
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp sweet tamarind chutney
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • coriander leaves for garnish
Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, curry leaves, onion and saute for 2 minutes. Now add ginger-garlic paste, onion paste and saute for 2 minutes and add all spices powder, salt stir for 5 minutes. Now, add tomato puree , kokum saute for 5 minutes on medium flame. Add moong sprout and mix well and cover with lid for 5 minutes on low flame. After add sweet tamarind chutney mix well and remove from the heat and garnish with

Sprout moong 
coriander leaves. Serve with Rotis, paratha, rice.
