Rice flour and onion cheela recipe

This recipe name is chilla. It cooked fast and easy. Its snacks or breakfast recipe. This is very simple and tasty.

Rice cheela 

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 tbsp gram flour( chana besan)
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 green chilly finely chopped
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
Method :
Soak rice for 6-7 hrs. After that, drain all water and grind it in a smooth batter. Now take a large bowl and add all ingredients and mix well. Heat a tawa and grease it with 1/2 tbsp oil. Pour a large spoon of batter and spread and cook on the medium flame. Now add 1/2 tbsp oil and fry it till it becomes golden brown both side. Serve hot with chutney tea time or breakfast.
