Eggless carrot cake recipe

Carrot cake 
Ingredients :

  • 2 cup all purpose flour(maida)
  • 1 cup carrot paste
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1+1/2 cup sugar powder
  • 1/2 cup oil 
  • 1 tbsp oil for greasing 
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1+1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence 
Method :
Sieve the all purpose flour with baking powder and baking soda. In a large bowl add sugar,cinnamon powder  and oil mix well with hand beater,beat this mixture oil and sugar powder till well blended and creamy. Now add all purpose flour,  carrot paste, vanilla essence and buttermilk and lightly beat this mixture.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C. Now greased  in a cake tin with 1 tbsp oil and spread 1 tbsp dry flour. Now pour the cake batter of about half cake tin. Now bake in a preheat oven for 180 degrees C for 40-45 minutes and your cake is ready and you can garnishing with whipped cream.
