Creamy Rajma(kidney beans) makhani recipe (special dish)

Rajma chaval is a very famous Panjabi dish. All Indian like it. Today, I am writing special rajma makhani recipe. This is creamy and smooth after cooked. I hope all like this recipe and try this.

Ingredients :
Rajma- chaval 

  • 2 cup soak red kidney beans(bhigoya hua rajma)
  • 1 cup tomatoes puree
  • 1/2 cup onion paste
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp raisins 
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 2 cloves ( loung)
  • 1-star anise 
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1 cut tomato, 1 onion slice,1 green chilly and 1 tbsp fresh cream for garnish
Method :
Take a cooker, add in soak red kidney beans, a glass of water and 1/2 tsp salt and boil until 1-2 whistles. When your cooker cools and drain all water and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, cinnamon, green cardamom, star anise, bay leaves, cloves and crackle all and add chopped onion saute for 2 minutes and add butter. Now add onion paste, all spices powder, salt saute for 1 minute and add tomato puree,  raisin and sugar stir for 5-8 minutes.Now add boiled red beans stir it for 2 minutes and add 1 glass water. After 5 minutes cooking, add fresh cream in it, mix well and just remove from the heat. Garnish with onion slice, cut tomato, green chilly and cream. Serve with famous Rice and other.
