Aam ka masaledar murabba

Ingredients :
For murabba :
  • 2 raw mangoes peeled and cut in cubes 
  • 1+1/2 large cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 cinnamon sticks 
  • 2 bay leaves 
  • Cooked mangoes masaledar  murabba
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
for masala :
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds (saunf)
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds(methi daana)
  • 1 tsp onion seeds (mangrail)
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • 2 dry red chilly
Method :
Roast all masala ingredients in a pan for 5 minutes on medium flame. Now remove from heat and keep it aside after 10 minutes to cool, after it cools down make powder in a blender. Now heat oil, add cumin, fennel seeds, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves and crackle it. Now add raw mangoes cubes and sugar cook  for 15-20 minutes and no needed to add water. Now add 2 tbsp roasted masala powder and salt stir it for 2 minutes and remove from gas. Cool it. Serve with rotis, rice, parathas and puris. You can put for 1 or 2 weeks in an airtight container. This is a very tasty mangoes murabba recipe.
