Soya bean chunks ki sabzi

Soya bean chunks ki sabzi
Kids loves soya bean chunks sabzi. Its makes a very tasty sabzi. It has the highest protein. Soya bean is the only vegetarian  food.
 Ingredients :

  • 200 gms. soya bean chunks 
  • 1 chopped large onion
  • 2 onions paste
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala or meat masala 
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 green cardamom 
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 5 tbsp oil
Method :
Take a pan, add 2 glass water, 1/2 tsp salt, when water is boiling, add soya chunks and boil for 5 minutes. Take out the pan from the gas and drain all water and put aside.Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds,bay leaves and all whole garam masala and chopped onion fry till the colour changes to brown. Add onion, ginger paste fry for 1 minute. Now add all spices masala, salt, sugar and fry for 5 minutes, add boiled soya chunks stir for 1 minute, add 1 glass water and cook for 5-8 minutes on the medium flame and remove from the gas. Serve with Rice, Rotis, paratha and puris.
