Rawa mix vegetables Upma recipe

Rawa upma
Rawa Upma is lightly and softy  breakfast. Its healthy and tasty.
Servings : 2

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup semolina( Rawa)
  • 1/2 chopped capcicum
  • 1/4 cup green peas 
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 tbsp chopped carrot
  • 4 tbsp sweet corn 
  • 2 chopped green chilly
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds 
  • 1 pinch asafoetida ( Hing)
  • 10-15 curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp split black gram skinless ( safed urad dal)
  • 1 tsp sambhar masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp curd (dahi)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt to taste 
  • 2 cup warm water
Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, hing,curry leaves saute for 30 seconds. Now, add chopped vegetables green chilly,tomato saute for 1 minute and add semolina and saute for 5-7 minutes on medium flame.
Add warm water, salt, sugar and cover with lid for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Now open the pan stir it and add sambhar masala, curd stir it for 1 minute and remove from the flame, add lemon juice and serve it hot.
