Potatoes wedges easy and simple recipe

This is very simple and easy recipe and everyone likes it.
Fried potatoes wedges 

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 kg. half boil potatoes 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp cornflour 
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • oil for fry
Method :
Cut the half boil potatoes in four parts. Now, add cornflour, salt, garlic paste and black pepper powder mix well. Heat oil in a pan and drop potatoes pieces and fry until golden brown and crispy. Now remove the wedges on a plate lined with tissue paper and serve with tomato sauce and cheese dips.

Hot serve with tomato sauce
