Papdi(flat beans) ki bhujiya recipe

papdi ki bhujiya
Ingredients :

  • 250 gms. chopped flat beans ( papdi)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped green chilly
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and green chilly. Just add chopped flat beans, salt and turmeric powder saute for 1 minute and cover with lid for 2 minutes on the medium flame.Now check whether your sabzi are soft and remove from the gas.
Chopped onion and flat beans
Serve with Rotis, paratha and Rise.
