Navratan crispy dosa recipe (Healthy and easy recipe)

Ingredients :

  • 200 gms. rice (1 glass)
  • 1 tbsp gram dal
  • 1 tbsp skinless urad dal
  • 1 tbsp toovar dal
  • 1 tbsp yellow  moong dal
  • 1 tbsp lentils dal (masoor dal)
  • 1 tbsp maize flour (makai ka atta)
  • 2 tbsp Oatmeal powder
  • 1 tbsp roasted flax seeds (alsi seeds)powder
  • 1 tbsp roasted cumin seeds 
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • butter or oil
Method :
Soak all dals and rice for 6-7 hrs. After that, drain all water and grind it in a smooth batter. Now, add maize flour, oatmeal, flax seeds powder, salt, cumin and mix well. Now heat a dosa tawa and grease it with oil . Pour a large spoon of batter and spread it as thin as possible and after half minute sprinkle 1/4 tsp of oil. After 2-3 minutes it gets cooked, remove from the tawa. Serve with coconut chutney or sambhar.
