Laal saag recipe

Ingredients :
Cooked laal  saag
  • 1 bunch laal saag clean and chopped
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 chopped green chilly
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic after 30 seconds, add chopped laal saag, salt, stir and cover with lid and cook them on medium flame. After some time check whether your saag is soft and dry, now add chopped green chilly. Remove from the gas and serve with rotis and rice.
