Hari-bhari Paneer(cottage cheese) tikka recipe

Ingredients :
  • 200 gms. cottage cheese (paneer) cubes  
  • 1/2 cup coriander, mint, garlic and green chilli paste (dhaniyan - pudina ki  hari chutney)
  • black salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp vinegar 
  • 1 tbsp cornflour 
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil 
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce for garnish 
Method :
    In a big bowl, add cottage cheese, black salt,vinegar, hari chutney and cornflour, mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes. Now heat oil or butter in a tawa and  put 1 cottage cheese cube at a time and cover with chutney both side and cook on the tawa on medium flame. After 2-3 minutes flip to the other side and cook. Remove from the gas and garnish with tomato sauce. Serve as a starter.
