Gawar phali(cluster beans) ki stir-fry

cluster beans stir-fry( gawar ki sabzi)
Ingredients :

  • 250 gms. cluster beans(gawar phali)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 5-7 curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
Method :
Wash and de-string the cluster beans and chopped into small pieces. Pressure cook with 1/2 glass water for 1 whistle. Now open the cooker and drain all water from the cooker. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, mustard seeds,curry leaves, onion fry till golden in color. Now, add boiled cluster beans, salt,turmeric,coriander,red chilly powder and garam masala stir-fry for 5 minutes and remove from the gas. Serve with roti and rice.
