Eggless mix vegetables bread recipe




Ingredients :
  • 1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 cup wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped carrot
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped beans 
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
  • 2 green chillies,finely chopped 
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp dry yeast 
  • 1/2 bowl warm water
  • 1 tsp sugar 
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Method :
Take a bowl, add warm water, sugar and dry yeast cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes. In a big bowl, add all-purpose flour,wheat flour, salt, oil, all chopped vegetables, chilli powder, green chillis, garlic mix well and add melted dry yeast and mix with hand and make a smooth dough, covered and  keep aside for 1-2 hours. After hours, mix dough with hand for 5  minutes and take a baking pan or tray and grease with 1 tbsp oil and pour the mix dough and cut the light half. Bake at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove the bread from the pan and serve with sauce and cheese dip.
