Onion with cheese kulcha recipe

Onion with cheese kulcha
For atta dough ,

  • 300 gm. atta(wheat flour)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp oil
For filling,

  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 chopped green chillis
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • ghee or oil for shallow fry 
Method :
First making kulcha dough take a big bowl, add dough ingredients and mix well with hand now water, add slowly-slowly and make a soft and smooth dough. Now take a  plate, add chopped onion, grated cheese, green chilli, salt, coriander, black pepper powder all mix. Now take a ball of dough and fill onion mixture and making a round ball now spread dry atta on the chakla and pat with light hand after rolling round roti or paratha with rolling pin. Now heat a tava and put kulcha on the tawa. Now add 1 tsp oil or ghee and frying both sides golden brown and remove from the tawa. Serve with raita, chutney and other.
