Mint leaves(pudina patta) pakora recipe

Ingredients : 
  • 1 bunch mint leaves, clean and chopped (pudina patta)
  • 2 chopped green chillis
  • 1 cup gram flour ( besan)
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch asafoetida (Hing)
  • Handful of water
  • Oil for fry
Method :
Take a large bowl and add all ingredients, chopped mint, green chilles,salt,asafoetida,gram flour,corn flour,turmeric powder and water mix with hand. Now heat oil and drop a spoonful or small  flat  of mint mixture in oil and deep fry the pakoras till they turn golden brown and crispy. Now drain on the plate and serve with any sauce and chutney.
