Malpua recipe with milk and banana( Holi special)

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup all purpose flour( maida)
  • 1+12 cup cold milk (thunda doodh)
  • 2 pieces ripe banana, mashed 
  • 1 cup sugar powder
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut 
  • 15-20 raisin (kismis)
  • oil or ghee for frying 
Method :
Sieve the all purpose flour (maida).  In a big bowl, add flour, sugar powder, cardamom powder,grated coconut and raisin mix them. Take another bowl, add in mashed banana and milk and mix well, make a banana milk shake. Now in the banana- milk mixture, add in flour and mix well with a big spoon. Heat oil or ghee in a pan, turn the flame on low after the oil is hot, drop pua liquid 1 tbsp. After 2 minutes flip pua and fry for 5 minutes till golden brown color. Remove from the pan and drain using a kitchen paper on the plate. Serve with rabri and basundi.
