Malai kulfi with almonds recipe (Holi special)

Kulfi slices 
Ingredients :

  • 1-litre milk
  • 1 cup fresh cream( malai)
  • 1/2 cup almonds 
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
Method :
Take milk with sugar,  boil it until it becomes thick. Now mix cornflour and 1/2 cup cold  milk mix well and add boil milk on the gas stir it fast for 1 minute. Now remove from the gas and keep aside to chill for sometime. Now take finely crushed almonds, add fresh cream and mix it until it becomes thick. You can mix it in mixer grinder. Add cardamom powder and then pour the kulfi moulds and keep it in freezer for 7-8 hrs. After it freezes take it out and serve it.
